An online business takes time and effort and also a level of financial support to get it started. If you have plenty of money you can manage a project and outsource all the work but otherwise you will need to roll your sleeves up and do it yourself.

I always send my ebooks out as pdf's. You can convert a word document to a pdf using one of the many free pdf converters available.
Once you have your product you can create a sales page that sells your newly produced ebook. To host I would use the free blogging tool at blogger. The sites are easy to mange and you can set it up in minutes,
To take payments you can use a buy now button from paypal. Paypal do not charge up front for using their banking. they make their money from commisons on your sales. You now have your own internet business
So you have managed to find your niche. You also have a new product to sell. The sales page is set up on blogger and you have a way of receiving your payments. Have you noticed that I still have to spend your hard earned $100. Time for a drink? thats what I call affordable online success.
